Browser state loaded
Prototype limitation: this Command Centre is not a real-time dispatch server. It reads
and writes browser storage only. Two staff members on different
devices would not share the same state. Production requires a
central database, authenticated staff roles, real-time event
synchronisation, secure customer data, server-side assignment,
payment integration and auditable operational history.
