Application Reference This lookup can confirm whether an approved application has an activation invitation. It cannot bypass the invitation token.

New account activation requires the invitation link issued by Recruitment Admin. If the link is missing or expired, GoHenley staff should create or repair the activation invitation rather than creating another application.

Prototype account activation: activation invitations and account data currently live in browser storage. The tokenised flow is safer than the previous email + application-reference lookup, but production requires secure server-side invitation validation, protected credentials, account recovery, rate limiting, session revocation and authenticated audit controls.
