Dispatcher Portal v3 prevents a new request from being allocated to a concierge whose workforce record is not marked Available.

Matching

Capability is decision support.

Capability labels, postcode, transport and current workload support the dispatcher decision. A text match is not treated as an automated suitability decision.

Reassignment

Protect work already underway.

A request can be reassigned before the concierge progresses beyond the initial Assigned stage. In-progress work cannot simply be taken away through this portal.

Prototype dispatch workspace: request assignment, workforce availability and job progress are currently stored in this browser. This does not provide a production dispatch backend, staff authentication, real-time multi-device synchronisation, GPS tracking or secure operational access control.
